This policy explains how Cigarlemon collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit cigarlemon.com, shop for artificial greenery, create an account or contact us in the United States.

1 · Information we collect
Information you provide and information created when you shop.
- Name, email, telephone number, billing address and U.S. shipping address.
- Order, transaction, payment status, delivery, return, warranty and support details.
- Account credentials, preferences, loyalty activity and marketing choices.
- Reviews, messages, photos, surveys or other content you submit.
- Device, browser, IP address, cookie identifiers, approximate location and website activity.
Payments are processed by Shopify and payment providers. Cigarlemon does not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment-card number.

We may share information with Shopify and providers supporting payments, fraud prevention, fulfillment, shipping, customer service, hosting, analytics, advertising, email and professional services. We may disclose information when required by U.S. law, to protect customers or Cigarlemon, or during a business transaction. Providers may process information outside the United States, where local laws may apply.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the cart and checkout, remember preferences, secure the site, measure performance and support analytics or advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser and storefront privacy controls; disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the store from working. Where applicable law requires us to recognize an opt-out preference signal, we process it as required.
You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in any message. This does not stop order confirmations, shipping updates or security notices.
5 · U.S. state privacy rights
Your choices may depend on where you live.
Subject to applicable state law and exceptions, U.S. residents may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or information about categories disclosed to third parties. Some residents may also opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale or sharing of personal information and profiling, and may appeal a denied request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right. We may verify your identity and, for authorized-agent requests, require proof of authorization.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information, although no online system is completely secure. We retain information as reasonably necessary for service, legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.
Cigarlemon is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
