Is membership free?

Yes. Creating a Cigarlemon customer account is free.

When will points appear?

Purchase points normally become available after the order is paid and any applicable review or returns period has passed.

Do points expire?

Points expire after 12 months without account activity.

Can rewards be combined?

Unless a promotion states otherwise, one loyalty reward may be used per order and cannot be combined with another discount code.

What happens after a return or cancellation?

Points earned from a returned, refunded or cancelled order may be deducted. Rewards used on that order are handled according to the refund and loyalty-program terms.

Who can participate?

The program is available to individual customers with an eligible Cigarlemon account. Wholesale, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transactions do not earn points.

Program terms

Cigarlemon may change rewards, earning rates, eligibility or program availability. Points have no cash value, are personal to the member and cannot be sold or transferred. Abuse, fraud or manipulation may result in points being removed or membership being suspended. Applicable consumer rights are not affected.
